Monday, 28 June – Le Creme e Zuppe – Cremes and Soups
An evening dedicated to the traditional and not so traditional crèmes and soups which are used as "warmers" in the harsh cold in Italy in winter.

Venue: Viale Canova, Cnr Sandgate & Junction Roads, Clayfield Q 4011

Time: 6:00pm for a 6.30pm start

Under the expertise and direction of Head Chef, Lorenzo Spezzamonte, co-hosted by Massimo Bortolazzo
