Monday, 17 May – La Pasta – The Pasta’s
Pasta, pasta and more pasta... Learn to create superb and "out of the ordinary" dishes from the ingredient Italy is most famous for... pasta. Tagliatelle with cream and smoked salmon, Gnocchi with ragu`, Ricotta and Spinach Ravioli just to name a few.

Venue: Viale Canova, Cnr Sandgate & Junction Roads, Clayfield Q 4011

Time: 6:00pm for a 6.30pm start

Under the expertise and direction of Head Chef, Lorenzo Spezzamonte, co-hosted by Massimo Bortolazzo
