Monday, April 19 – “Il Riso – The Rice”
An exciting array of delicious dishes, from around Italy which can be prepared using a very basic ingredient... rice! Learn about the many different varieties, it's uses and which rices are best suited to what. From Appetisers to desserts, this conventional staple can be used for everything!

Venue: Viale Canova, Cnr Sandgate & Junction Roads, Clayfield Q 4011

Time: 6:00pm for a 6.30pm start

Under the expertise and direction of Head Chef, Lorenzo Spezzamonte, co-hosted by Massimo Bortolazzo
