Monday, March 22 – “Il Mare – The Sea”
Italian cuisine at it's best… an evening dedicated to the marvellous seafood and fish dishes from around Italy… the famous venetian Sarde in Saor, or Stuffed calamari just to name a few… Learn how to cook a whole fish or scallops au gratin.

Venue: Viale Canova, Cnr Sandgate & Junction Roads, Clayfield Q 4011

Time: 6:00pm for a 6.30pm start

Under the expertise and direction of Head Chef, Lorenzo Spezzamonte, co-hosted by Massimo Bortolazzo
